Furniture Painting Workshop

ANYONE CAN ACHIEVE AMAZING RESULTS WITH ANNIE SLOAN CHALKPAINT

Come along and learn how to use this incredible paint, then go away inspired to tackle your projects at home.

During this 3 hour workshop step by step instruction will be given along with an instruction sheet and the chance to ask any questions. You will have a chance to experiment with a range of brushes and paint colours from the Annie Sloan Chalk Paint range.

Your tutor

Nyree Forster has been teaching for three years. She specializes in handpainted mirrors which she sells at Packhouse and paints on commission. Nyree loves the versitility of Chalk Paint and the fact it is so easy to use and great fun to teach with. She hopes you will find a new hobby or grow and existing one.

Waxing

Dry-brushing

Two colour effects

Ageing with dark wax

Sanding for a distressed look

Individual piece, you will work on a small item to take home. This is your chance to get creative, plenty of help will be given if you need it.

All materials and equipment are provided

Maximum of 6 guests

We welcome group bookings

We will have a break for hot drinks and cake or biscuits.

You will take home the sample boards you created on the day as a reminder of what you learnt.

Please note that tickets are non refundable. We are happy to offer alternate dates if cancelled up to 30 days before the event.

Are there any age limits?

Anyone over the age of 18 is very welcome.

Can I contact the course tutor with any questions?

Do you take group bookings?

Yes, we are more than happy to take a group, up to a maximum of 6. Please contact Nyree direct if you would like a course to yourselves, she will try to block one out for you or discuss a separate date. See contact details below.

Is my ticket transferrable?

Yes, if another date is available and provided I know 30 days before the workshop you are booked on. Thanks for your understanding as courses do get booked up and I may not have alternatives.

What paint will we use on the course?

The course uses Annie Sloan Chalk Paint. Packhouse is a proud stokist of the Annie Sloan range of paint, waxes, brushes and books.
